This is the SECOND Groovegrass disc to which you refer. The first was
released on Rouse's own Groovegrass Label. Rouse will admit that he's a
producer, first, last, and foremost. The WB record is more of a contractual
obligation. Rouse insisted that there be no video, his likeness not used,
etc, etc.

Before ye judge too quickly...

1. The man also produced that killer Mac, Doc, and Del disc.

2. His groovegrass version of Rocky Top 96 made the Osbourne Brothers a
SHITLOAD of money.

3. He was behind that country/Bluegrass version of the Macarena that made a
bunch of money for Del, Mac, and Doc as well.

4. He has good lawyers, and has put them to use for the benifit all those
old bluegrass guys who have been screwed consistantly by rercord dealings.

5. The stated purpose behind Groovegrass is to introduce Bluegrass to kids
who would never otherwise hear it.

The orginal Groovegrass record outrocks the shit out of the WB release. The
two only share one song.
