Actually, the warning is logged only when postscreen logs BLACKLISTED
or WHITELISTED, not when it logs PASS, DNSBL, etc. and not when the
daemon starts up.
This is how compatibility_level works: it logs a specific warning
when it uses a specific backwards-compatible default setting.
