Maybe I'm slow but I don't understand, Marlyse. Could you explain, please? Incoming messages have a drop down menu called 'File in: ****' where you can select a folder to file the message in. Outgoing messages do not. This is what is being asked for. Frank -- Frank Mitchell, Scottsdale, Arizona
