I use logmein.   We have determined that it is 99.9999etc. the fault of the 
customer.   All operators have Admin authority; they have internet access with 
no virus scan; etc.
I have an  expert in this area advising me - he said a line of code gets 
attached to autorun.inf and that is what fires off the nasty bug.   My program 
does not add an code to autorun.inf.     So the chances is came to me is 
0.00000000000000000000000001 or less.  Just curious to see if any of you can 
think of any way this could happen.
All my machines are bug free according to my expert.
