Before I go any further, I first want to state that I am NOT against having our work bid on, no matter where on earth the bidder is located at. BUT I do want to see a tariff imposed so that we are comparing apples to apples, i.e., if a stateside developer averages 65,000 per year, and a developer in India averages 6,500 per year, then a tariff of $ 58,500 needs to be added so that the stateside businesses will have no reason to go offshore UNLESS the offshore business can do a better job. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
