fexist is a wrapper of 1!:4 (size), which behaves differently on linux and
windows. On linux it looks at i-node so that it return a non-zero size for
directoy, whereas on windows, it will raise an error. 

The dirutils addons by Ric provides another verb for test directory
existence which also works for window.
