Hi John, I think the built-in click settings might be somewhat limited but I'm not sure to what extent the parameters are truly editable with VoiceOver. Frankly, if you really prefer to have an accent on beats one and four, you might want to consider just using 3/4 ant double the tempo marking. As far as reversing the high pitch for the low pitch, again, I'm not sure if that's necessarily possible.
