SBML - I'm delighted to hear Mike Hucka is presenting and that Michel will be working with him to "Ontologize" SBML. Way back in 2005 or so Jeremy Zucker and I worked out an SBML / BioPAX interface that used BioPAX terms in SBML annotations. Later Oliver Reubenacker also worked on this (copying him, in case he can make the call). I presented a the idea in the opening remarks of the session I was moderating on Aggregation, Integration, and Inference at 1st w3c health care and life science workshop (before HCLSIG was formally formed).
