- skip iotests which need crypto if we haven't got support
- transition debian-all-test-cross to lcitool
- update build env documentation to refer to lcitool
- update MAINTAINERS entry for custom runners
- ensure discon plugins can read registers
- fix a bug on uftrace symbol helper script
- deprecate the fby35 machine
