If you mean the shell in the GRASS Plugin, then no, it is not yet
possible, because the plugin is not yet upgraded to GRASS 7. That is
subject of  ongoing GRASS plugin upgrade[1]. The upgrade should also
introduce generic UI for modules without UI defined for the plugin
(without .qgm).
