Can I get a show of hands for how people are running qpsmtpd? Specifically:
1) tcpserver running a) ./qpsmtpd directly b) qpsmtpd-server
2) [x]inetd 3) qpsmtpd-forkserver
I'm now running qpsmtpd-forkserver. Still get a few zombie processes - I assume because of clients just going away and not properly disconnecting. Or something. I'd like to get this cleaned up at some point but it's non-urgent for me because at least the zombies get swapped out :-)
4) Any of the above using of pperl or SpeedyCGI?
5) Version 0.27.1? Anyone running CVS HEAD in production?
6) What is your load (messages per day)?
Averaging around 1000 a day, but peaking to around 50k a day (very bad spam attack days). Server is just a lowly P3-500, but does lots of other stuff too.
Matt.
