Kumquat or Orange Sauce
1 cup kumquat marmalade or use orange marmalade
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp prepared horseradish
Stir lemon juice and marmalade until smooth. Add ginger and horseradish. Store
in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve as a dip for anything, even wontons
and eggrolls.
