That will tell me where the update stopped.

Tonight while downloading I got the following error message
The instruction 0x0041f669 referenced memory at 0x00000000 could not be
"written"
Check OK to terminate the program click continue to debug the program.
No matter which button I select, the program terminates.
It is too late to try to contact tech support and besides which tech
support
is virtually non-existant.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
