I don't need the screen capture now, just download again.
An easy way to capture the screen is to display the screen to capture, press Alt-Print Screen
Then open the Microsoft Paint program - Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint, and select edit - paste.
That will paste it into the paint program, from there, save it as a jpg to attach it to an email.
