The persp function has a col argument that you can use to specify the colors.

I want to highlight different heights in different colors. At least everything above and under a certain z-level shall have a different color to make the differences in height more obvious. How can I do that or do I have to use another package? Best regards, Juliane ______________________________________________ R-help@stat.math.ethz.ch mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help PLEASE do read the posting guide http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code. ______________________________________________ R-help@stat.math.ethz.ch mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help PLEASE do read the posting guide http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code.
