Dear Thiago,

If you are using (basic) 'plot' you can pass a vector with the
required sizes, i.e. your variable, perhaps after a transformation, as
cex argument. Same approach works for col.

plot(1:10, cex=c(1:5,1:5), col=rep(c('red', 'blue'), each=5), pch=20)
