Good evening,

Next time, send a small piece of code of what is not working... it will be easier to know what you mean with coordinates are in other format...
If your coordinates are the way written below, then you should try to convert them into numbers rather than factors (523259N for example will be treated as a factor). Coordinates in meters are fine and I don't see where the problem could come from.
Well in fact, I guess if you need help, you should be more precise. Not easy without knowing the real problem.

So waiting for your next post to help...

Cheers

Alex

Dear List members,
We are working with spatstat package. We are trying to carry out a point
pattern analysis, but We have some problems with our data due they are in
UTM coordinates (i.e. 523259N, 448062E). Spatstat routine mention, in this
case, that the coordinates are very long or that Y coordinate is no found or
it is failed.

In additon, we have notice, in some examples, that coordinates are in other
format. Somebody could help us with this, I will appreciate so much.

Kind Regards

Nelson
