In option 2 you presented to Cheryl here you say to have the
INI file locally. How does this work exactly? Does it need to 
be installed in C:\Windows directory or a directory that is 
specified in the path statement or ??. 
Where does RBase look for this INI file at first, second and 
so on? 
This has always illuded me, and now is as good a time as any
to whip up on this little question in the back of my mind.
