No error message, but nothing happen.
Same for SHOWVAR.VBS

Also, using the Windows Explorer, double click on: 
    C:\WINDOWS\SAMPLES\WSH\CHART.VBS 
...
    You should be able to see Windows Scripting Host Demo!

This works OK, so problem is not  with file association ....
