Razzak, I am aware of the automation process because you gave me the code this year when I attended the Tango school. This application that I am writing just needs to come back to the working directory. All I am trying to do is to 1) get back to the drive, 2) get back to the directory. It would appear that this is quite simple but extremely frustrating. Just try it yourself. You can do it on the Glorious R> but you can not do it using the same command in a RMD/CMD. Phil

For more details and the step-by-step process with all necessary sample command files, check out the 2000 R:BASE Developers' Conference Manual and CD. If you need more assistance, feel free to contact me. Very Best Regards, Razzak. At 07:37 PM 9/26/2001 -0400, Phil Nolette wrote: >I am using RBase 2000 v6.5 Build 1.831XRT03 at my customer >site.
