I may just be "good lucky", I haven't noticed any problem since Razzak et
alia corrected my trigger problem.

I always unload the structure and the data separately.
I break the structure file into two pieces. The first piece creates the
schema and the second piece creates the indexes.

I then do my reload by:
    1. running the "schema create" piece
    2. loading the data
    3. running the "create indexes" piece
