Larry, I've been pondering about the ampersand in form buttons and
immediately tried using two on seeing your post but I still get an
underscore. eg: "Save && Exit" gives me "Save_Exit".

It's not the end of the world as "and" will do (at the moment) but is there
something else involved? Font maybe?
