Dear Sami and Patrick,

This is a single table form!  The buttons act on different tables, but the form
with the buttons only has 1 table.  Further, the button that is grayed out is
variable.....there are over 40 buttons, and any 1 of them can be grayed out,
even buttons that are rarely if ever used!!
