The only thing I notice that looks at all off is:

> H1  Category and Name  (evaluated in Detail section for Break 1)

If these are simply break headers, they should be evaluated in H1 and H2
respectively, not in D.  I don't know if that will affect your summing
issues, but it's worth a try!
