Hi Ben,
Yes I know that this will do it but I was hoping that it could be done from VB.  RBAdmin requires user (my) intervention.  That server6.rbg is a pain in the neck.  I do not mind its intend, but it lack programming controls when things go wrong.

Does anyone know how to reset the server6.rbg file with an Oterro
connection is interrupted and the user remains active.
When you try to reconnect to the database Oterro returns the following
error:

S1000 3013 [RBTI][Oterro ODBC Driver]-ERROR- Station name is already in
use.
If this was to happen in RBase, the pop up window allows you to reset
the server6.rbg. How can we do this programmatically through Oterro
using VB.
