We have been extensive users of Oterro for many users. We have religiously upgraded over the years. We are only at 2.0 currently. I reviewed the feature list of 2.5 on the Oterro site. We would certainly wish to upgrade if we knew what the feature improvements in 2.5 and they were worth the significant upgrade cost.
