When you run a command file, if your code has anything that changes the
current directory, a command file won't run unless you return to the
directory where the code resides (presumed to be the dbdir) which would be
the parsed portion of the (cval('dbpath')), not the (cval('currdir')).
Soooo, I would do something likadis...
set var vdrive = (sget( (cval('dbpath')),2,1))
set var vsloc = (sloc((cval('dbpath')), (cval('database'))))
set var vFolder = (sget((cval('dbpath')),(.vsloc - 2) ,1))
&vdrive
cd &vfolder
clear var vdrive, vfolder, vsloc
run CommandFile.cmd
