Myron,

You create the trigger source code in RBEdit, as a source code file. It 
has some special syntax for SELECT, with "WHERE CURRENT OF 
sys_old" or "WHERE CURRENT OF sys_new"

You turn your source code file into a "procedure" first, with the PUT 
command (and, when you update it, the SET PROC command), which 
stores it in the database for you, in the sys_procedures table.

Then you turn you procedure into a trigger with the ALTER TABLE 
command's trigger syntax.
