Chris: A friend of mine bought an Atlantis in the Bay Area, sight unseen. He worked with the seller to take the bike to Rivendell, they pronounced it sound & my friend paid Rivendell to pack & ship it to him. So the seller had little additional effort, my friend felt confident in the bike and it was packed according to Rivendell's standards.
