MY opinion and experiences says yes. I've toured on 700c Dyad rims, XT
hubs with 32 Sapim spokes with 250 lbs with no issues. Mine were
professionaly built and I used 28mm tires. all pavement too.

Both your rims and hubs are fairly stout.
