Hi, To fully work with the translations you must obtain the Naali sources from https://github.com/realXtend/naali/. The wiki has outdated information for the main source, but the part for obtaining the dependencies should be still valid: http://wiki.realxtend.org/index.php/Building_Naali_from_source_trunk#Acquiring_the_viewer_source_code.
I'm not sure if anyone has worked with the German translations for real - does choosing Finnish make any difference? Try opening e.g. Inventory or Avatar editor.
