[SPARK-14689] [SQL] [TEST] Ignore "SPARK-8020: set sql conf in spark conf"
and "SPARK-9757 Persist Parquet relation with decimal column" in
HiveSparkSubmitSuite
Looks like they take a long time to resolve dependency (these two tests are
using hive 0.12 and 0.13's jars, which will be downloaded from maven). If these
two tests are too flaky, we can ignore them.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/yhuai/spark SPARK-14689-ignore
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/12471.patch
