Hi, Your problem is solved very easily.
Install Netbeans 6.5 today. It comes with an exclusive " FIRST TIME FEATURE " added in this new version. It helps you choose the rails framework at the time of creating project. like Rails 1.2, 2.0.2, 2.1.2, 2.2.2 etc.. This was the most outstanding request and finally it has landed.
