The following pickles saved in the pickle jar warn of deprecation when they are loaded:
_class__sage_combinat_words_word_AbstractWord__.sobj _class__sage_combinat_words_word_Word_over_Alphabet__.sobj _class__sage_combinat_words_word_Word_over_OrderedAlphabet__.sobj _class__sage_combinat_words_word_generators_ChristoffelWord_Lower__.sobj To see the warnings, run sage.structure.sage_object.unpickle_all(). You do not see the warnings if you just run sage -t -long sage/structure/sage_object.pyx. You see it if you the command from with within sage. I believe that these pickles should simply be removed from the pickle jar. They are no longer remade if you run sage -t on the files combinat/words/word.py and word_generators.py.
