Just now I noticed on the CC page that in Brazil releasing something in
the public domain won't produce the wanted legal consequences. I tried
to find a law describing that, but in what I found there were only
references about getting in the public domain after the author's death.
I've written to the local CC e-mail to see what's that about and to
propose that CC create a new license with the same effects of the public
domain (no attribution needed). Let's see what comes out.
