This version looks great and is a vast improvement. Thanks! I will definitely use it and hand it out to my students.
One suggestion might be to include the commands that create the cool pictures (maybe with a small font in the white space next to the graphics so that everything still fits on two pages). E.g. seeing the neat combinatorics graphic makes me wonder how it was created.
