If anyone has a spare minute, here's something that must be about as simple as they come to review. The additional code is all on one line.
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7067 cddlib fails to build with the Sun compiler, complaining: Undefined first referenced symbol in file fabs ../lib-src/libcdd.a(cddio.o) All it needed was this line in configure.in, to tell the configure script to look in the maths library for 'fabs'. AC_CHECK_LIB(m, fabs) After remaking the configure script, cddlib builds with the Sun compiler.
