*POSITION: Business Analyst With Revitas Exp.* *LOCATION: North Wales, PA * *Duration: 6+ Months* *INTERVIEW: Phone/Skype* *Top 3 requirements: * · Presentation skills, communication, (1 – Knowledge of revenue management) · Top 3 preferred requirements: Analyst skills, outside the box thinking, system knowledge (Revitas) *Job Description:* · The consultant will focus on multiple work streams in the area of Revenue Management. · He will manage and perform work stream activity, produce deliverables, interface with business clients and stakeholders, and ensure the quality of the related projects and tasks. · Specific areas of focus include: Consolidated bid & pricing in regards to the revenue management systems including accruals between the Model N and Revitas in the interim and long term state. · This person will also be involved in setting and leading meetings with the commercial and finance business areas on their requirements for these systems and in BI. · The specific activities would include: analyzing a possible short term integration (Actavis Model N into current Revitas) to uncouple the Rev Mgmt upgrade from EnterpRISE and a longer term upgrade / migration plan and help drive a decision to the target revenue management platform. *Job Responsibilities:* - Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. - Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. - Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. - Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives - Contributes to process improvements - Typically resolves problems using existing solutions - Provides informal guidance to junior staff - Works with minimal guidance - Requires in-depth knowledge and experience - Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions - Works independently; receives minimal guidance - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience - Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline and 3-5 Yrs of related experience.
