If it's being obstinate, or you don't know that much about firewall
permissions, go grab yourself a copy of Firestarter
http://www.fs-security.com/download.php and it'll give you a GUI for
IPTables. I've used it with a reasonable degree of success on Fedora,
Cent5/6, and xBuntus before.
