Training untuk Troubleshooting / Repair, kalau manual saya sudah 4 
tahunan pakai mas jadi tidak ada masalah dan untuk repair yang 
ringan-ringan juga kadang saya bongkar tapi kalau yg berat saya belum 
berani. Makanya saya butuh training untuk troubleshooting.

Bukanya sekarang lagi trend Open Freeware...?? Justru saya heran kalau 
ada yg gratis dengan fitur tidak jauh berbeda dengan yg bayar kenapa ga 
kita pakai, antara lain keuntunganya :
1. Jelas Gratis
2. Kalau kita pakai di kantor itu jelas akan motong Budget yg pada 
akhirnya department
IT/MIS tidak akan dianggap lagi sebagai department yg MAHAL.
3. Kita sebagai IT'ers akan sangat dihargai karena bisa menekan Budget
4. Akhirnya juga kita bisa dapat prestasi kerja yg bagus dari Management
5. Akhirnya pula kita dapat bonus akhir tahun yg cukup lebih.
dan tentu kekurangannya ada juga..

dalam GPO (Group Policy Object) jadi user mana yg bisa jalanin menu-menu

Coba ganti browsernya jangan pakai IE, pakai Mozila Firefox, Opera dll 
soalnya bisa jadi servernya diprotek supaya tidak bisa browsing pakai IE 
dengan alasan keamanan..

Saya lagi cari printer untuk print out cek. Bayangan saya kita : kertas 
kita pegang dan printer langsung ngeprint jadi tidak di masukin semua
