It quit working. There are several apps on smartphones that can browse, search, and play music from archive.org, so I assume it would be possible. *Home:* Pi4B-8GB/pCP7.x/4TB>LMS 8.1.x>Transporter, Touch, Boom, Radio (all ethernet) *Cottage:* rPi4B-4GB/pCP7.x/4TB>LMS 8.1.x>Touch>Benchmark DAC I, Boom, Radio w/Battery (Radio WIFI) *Office:* Win10(64)>foobar2000 *The Wild: *rPi3B+/pCP4.0/4TB>hifiberry Dac+Pro (LMS & Squeezelite) *Controllers:* iPhone11 & iPadAir3 (iPeng), CONTROLLER, Material Skin, or SqueezePlay 7.8 on Win10(64) *Files:* -Ripping-: dbpoweramp > FLAC; -Post-rip-: mp3tag, PerfectTunes, TuneFusion; -Streaming:- Spotify garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113989 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] archive.org UI/info for Grateful Dead
It would be great to have track numbers listed by set, as if it were a multi disc album. It seems like the concept of an album is lost in the slimserver in lue of playlists. In this case, maybe just add the set and track number to the song title display. -- chrowe chrowe's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37562 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77341 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

currently it looks like there is a generic image used for album art. It would be great to pull the image from the archive.org page instead. -- chrowe chrowe's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37562 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77341 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
[SlimDevices: Plugins] archive.org UI/info for Grateful Dead
I am trying to listen to specific versions of shows and there does not seem to be any way to destitution between them. I can search for the show by date, for example 1977-02-26 and 5 copies of the show come up. This is because several people have uploaded different recordings of the same show (or in some cases different versions of the same recording). On the archive.org website you can do a search in the Live Music collection for the same date archive.org/search.php?query=date:1977-02-26%20AND%20collection:etree and you get 6 shows (I am not concerned at this point that one of the shows does not seem to be showing up in squeeze) The difference is that these results give you some information to distinguish them, like Setlist, Keywords, number of Downloads, Average rating, and number of Reviews. While I can dig down into each file and find the source url and look for the one that matched the version I want to listen to, it would be nice to be able to distinguish them from the search results page. One suggestion is to just show the unique part of the url. for example all archive.org pages have a details page, archive.org/details/gd1977-02-26.sbd.wizard.32009.sbefail.shnf The "archive.org/details/" part is always the same so just show the "gd1977-02-26.sbd.wizard.32009.sbefail.shnf" part either in a mouse over or add it to the end of the title. A nicer overall UI would be to have a separate section for the live music part of archive.org that could be browsed in several ways: Band > Year > Month > Day > Recordings > Most Downloaded Items > Top Rated Year > Band > Month > Day > Recordings > Most Downloaded Items > Top Rated Most Downloaded Items Top Rated -- chrowe chrowe's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37562 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77341 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
[SlimDevices: Plugins] archive.org plugin
i've installed the live archive plugin and I see the option checked under the server settings, but is there anyway to access this via the web interface? or is it only available via squeezebox? thanks -dave -- woo woo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3307 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=19907 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
