I don't have the request id as I'm using the PHP client library to handle
the request. Though I might have overlooked some docs that explain how to

Could you post a request id for the request that gives you an
UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR? I can look up the logs and let you know what
went wrong.
