Oh no we just spent weeks together trying to integrate Virtual Agent with MyIT.
It's not cool, having to navigate btw MyIT(user console), VA(another url/port)
and Remedy(some custom forms).
I can't quite wait to see BMC's version though, I'm quite a fan of the
individual components already.

I remember something, somewhere about either MyIT or SmartIT (I think it is
the social piece they share) requiring an Internet connection. If it
wasn't here on the List check the BMC Communities or the docs.

After the install, everything seems to be running without errors but the
website pages come up, turn white, and do no
ok. got it working. Only difference was that VM was bridged this time and
connected to network.
