I see the same, and my understanding is that it's intentional when the
screen resolution is not high enough to show the whole window. That's
why there is a scrollbar, so you can scroll to the menu items at the

Is there anything the current design prevents you from accessing?

I think I have the same bug.
I use Xubuntu 19.10.
When the screen locks, mouse and keyboard events will lake me to the
unlock screen. Password is accepted, but screen never shows the
desktop. I can log out and log in again to restore the desktop, but of
course this closes all applications.

yeah, i tried both the condition and yes the problem is equally
persistent in both the cases. moreover what i realized is when the mouse
hovers over one of the menus in gnome tweak box, it assumes it as the
click input and keep dancing between the menu pressed and non pressed
situation.

Not working network connection after boot
Same here. I have Ubuntu Mate 18.04 64bit. After reboot network looks
connected, but cannot open any web page and connect to it from outside.
When i disconnect and connect back, everything works until next reboot.

Since Nautilus isn't used in newer Ubuntu versions this bug will
probably not be fixed.

BTW, please log a new bug about the screen tearing in Xorg by:
1. Logging into 'Ubuntu' (Xorg)
2. Opening a Terminal and run:
ubuntu-bug mutter

Yes, kind of. I do know mutter's occasional stutters and pauses do cause
problems for libinput in Wayland, and libinput likes to log messages
warning about it. It seems likely the problem is in Mutter.

Can't explain better, but I found root cause.
So, full steps to reproduce:
1) sudo service NetworkManager stop
2) sudo wpa_supplicant -c /etc/wpa_supplicant/wired.conf -i eth1 -D wired
3) sudo dhclient eth1
4) see in output "ls: cannot access
'/run/systemd/resolved.conf.d/isc-dhcp-v6-***.conf':
After restarting, it seems that the problem doesn't persist anymore. I
think you can close this.
Thanks
