The 3.0 plan is to replace mochiweb, the web server. I've not seen a
conversation about changing the web client we use (I'm open to it, I just don't
think it's come up yet)

I don't think so. There doesn't seem that much interest in a dockerized
CouchDB development environment in the community. Also I don't have the time to
maintain it anymore.

documentation, as I'm writing a CouchDB Client API library. As such,
