I'am planning on adding an dvb-s card to my freevo box to record
tv-shows on ly before doing that I would like to find out a few things,
maybe one of you guys can help out on this.
First thing coming to my mind is: how much heat does a dvb card produce?
(if it's a lot, I have to build a sma

Just turned on my TV, and noticed that the TV guide looks good on screen, so
even the "NOS Jeugdjournaal" is shown as a very small block (since it's only
3 minutes).
This means it has to be something with the webpage, not with xmltv or
whatever, because then it would be incorrect on the Freevo sc
FreevoLive 0.10 is here!
- Freevo 1.6.3 is now installed, which as you know is the latest stable
release of Freevo.
- Display is switched to SDL in order to keep full screen video on the
framebuffer
- Some setterm commands were added, to stop the screen from blanking, and

Just checked on my Freevo box, and indeed the "NOS Jeugdjournaal" is taking
up all space from 16.40 up to the end of what fits into the screen (18.30u).
But when I click it, it shows 17.00u to 17.03u??
If I click on the >> to see the rest, everything seems to be O.K.
Note that I'm still on 1.6.2

from 1.6.2. I have had some problems recently with unicode characters
in program and channel names.
Some of these problems were fixed by the upgrade: in particular, in
