I have a few languages in the list, but I use only two, so I must press
this key combination a few times to pick the other language.
Is it possible to change order of the languages and place used languages
one by one?

You have to press ctrl + option + command shift and the arrow keys to switch
languages.
It can be a bit tricky But yo will gt used to it.
