Are binaries of ogg vorbis encoder/player/decoder/winamp plugin avaiable
somwhere? (WIN32 version)
Or does anybody want to compile current CVS version and put it somewhere so
we that don't have compiler can test it?

Yes, there is fraunhoffer codec that uses VBR, it's inlcuded for example in
Nero burning soft, or music match. But I've heard it's bad, it cuts at

(so the start of the wav will be without delay and end won't be cut, there
can be added very short silence but it doesn't matter on the last track) and
burn the wav with cuesheet you have. That's how I do it and it's very good
(i don't know better way now).
