Following this PR [1], we had a discussion on how to manage feature from
future 2.14 release.
DelazJ proposed to create a 2.12 branch but this bring some though to me:
* do we want to manage backport from master to 2.12 (and what about 2.10?) new
feature?
* can you just forget 2.10 and

We have 3 releases to documente. 2.10 is close to be finished (only 6 issues).

Finishing the hackfest we are close to release the 2.18 release of the QGIS
Documentation.
I planned to work on this all the week to finish my PR waiting to be merged and
backporting to master/release_2_18, reviewing PR.
Are people available to help reviewing and mergin
example of work we need to focus on is the "Add layer" refactoring which will
lead to a strong changes in the structure of the doc. So if we want to not
have any problem on doc contribution (like conflicts), we need to plan this.
