Frank ~    Bob & Patti gave you the right advice on hand held shower heads. I'm with you...I can't stand under a shower either with this hypersensitive skin!     One thing I would suggest is a padded bath bench.  I have tried both and the padded one works best for mehowever..

F A must is a hand held shower head and a seat in your shower stall. Hold the shower head as close as you can against your body so you aren't getting jolts of spray on your delicate skin. The water will roll off your body instead of feeling like daggers. This works for me and while I'm tellin
